Branding/Content For a Medical Device

We exist to improve the lives of our end-users by shifting attitudes and experiences regarding the mask, away from “total pain”; by making olfactory pleasure a part of the user experience.

The Process

We started by understanding ScentSNAPs' purpose and values. From that we can establish a good target audience. We include a comprehensive list that includes age, gender, income, lifestyle, and interests.

Then we established a content strategy and calendar. We identified what types of content need to be created, and what messaging will be used across all channels. From there we are able to promote ScentSNAP through various channels, building awareness, and attracting new customers.

The Result

ScentSNAPs' new content strategy and branding guideline resulted in 400% increase in social media engagement, leading to increased web traffic, and customer leads.
